My goal this year is to maintain my current activity level and stay focused on my health and well-being. I will be focusing on a new area of my fitness and nutrition monthly, and will log all of my progress here!

March
Goal: Be Active On Vacation, Run Around!
I have two goals this month! The first it to stay active while I’m on vacation. I know I’ll feel better while away and when I return if I incorporate some exercise into my daily vacation routine!
Tools: Resort Gym, Classes, Pool
My second goal this month is to RUN AROUND! I haven’t been running much lately and as the days get warmer I’m starting to miss it. Once I return from vacation I am going to work on getting back into running. Perhaps I will even register for Race Weekend again?! We’ll see.
Tools: The Treadmill, The Open Road

February
Goal: The 20 Times Challenge: 20 DAYS OF AB RIPPER X
This month I will continue to focus on my core strength. I resolve to complete P90X’s Ab Ripper X 20 times in February!

January
Goal: WORK THOSE ABS!
This month I will be focusing on building strength through my core! This is the area of my body that I’m the least happy with. A potential trip to the sunny south has me motivated to work on getting that six-pack I’ve always dreamed of. Ok – perhaps a six-pack is a bit far-fetched. I’ll be happy with a bit of toning and definition!
Tools:
To achieve my goals I will be using a combination of the following:
- P90X Ab Ripper X
- Wii Fit (yoga + strength training)
- Cardio Sessions (gym + home)
